Terms of Use
By installing or using vagudukAI, you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short.
What you're buying
vagudukAI is software, sold for a one-time $1.99 through Stripe Checkout. There is no DRM, no license server, no activation. After purchase you can use it on your own Macs without limit. Please don't redistribute the binary or claim it as your own work.
What's included
Your $1.99 covers v1.x of the app and all subsequent v1.x bug-fix and feature updates. Future major versions (v2.0, v3.0) may be a separate purchase. We'll be upfront about that if and when it happens.
Refunds
If it doesn't work for you, email admin@yondertech.net and ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We don't argue. Honor system runs both ways.
Acceptable use
Don't use vagudukAI to:
- Record audio of people without their consent where the law requires consent.
- Violate the terms of service of OpenAI, Groq, or any other API provider whose key you've added to the app.
- Reverse-engineer the binary for the purpose of distributing a competing or modified version.
Third-party services
When you opt into cloud transcription or AI cleanup, vagudukAI sends data to OpenAI or Groq (whichever you picked) using your own API key. Their terms apply to that traffic; ours don't extend to them.
As-is, no warranty
vagudukAI is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Yondertech Inc be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the software.
Translation: it works well in our testing, but if it eats your homework, we're sorry; please send a diagnostics bundle and we'll do our best to fix it for everyone.
Termination
You can stop using vagudukAI any time — just quit the app and trash it. We may end your license if we discover you're using it in a way that breaks the Acceptable Use section above.
Changes
If we update these terms, the new version goes up here with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Yondertech Inc is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
